I’m always interested to try new things that will help me recover, especially after a long run. When I am marathon training, the runger that comes after a long run can be a bit ridiculous, like I basically eat all day. So trying something that actually helps calm down my runger was great. I would drink the NOW BCAAS right after my long run, and obviously help get water into me, but it really calmed down the runger.
